ChatGPT app and third-party services
When you use the DMAP-AI ChatGPT app, ChatGPT may send your request and analysis parameters to the DMAP-AI MCP server so the requested tool can run. DMAP-AI returns selected results to ChatGPT for display. We do not sell user data to advertisers.
DMAP-AI may use or reference third-party services for data, authentication, hosting, analytics, and infrastructure. These may include NASA POWER, ERA5/Copernicus or ECMWF-related data services, Auth0 or Google sign-in, cloud hosting providers, and OpenAI/ChatGPT when you use the ChatGPT app.
Cookies and analytics
DMAP-AI may use cookies, local storage, or analytics tools to support sign-in, saved runs, usage measurement, security, and website performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies or local storage are disabled.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including operating the service, maintaining saved runs, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our terms. Server logs and security records may be retained for a limited period for reliability and abuse prevention.
Data sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate DMAP-AI, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, support, and data-processing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent abuse, or in connection with a business transfer.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect DMAP-AI systems. No online service can guarantee complete security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for using DMAP-AI responsibly.
